Evil technology! It's must be beaten profusely!
The good news is, Safe Mode does appear to be serving me well for now. But soon the evil will be EXPENSIVE technology.
I should not complain - I'm blessed that a purchase should be manageable, and after all my stepfather gave me this laptop and it's gotten me two jobs, helped me complete a novel, and lasted five years. Hell of a gift - it kept on giving!
